MidSouth Exchange, Inc.

Internal  Revenue Code Section 1031 enables a real estate owner to use the  proceeds from the sale of real property held for productive use in a  trade or a business or for investment to buy real property of like-kind  that is to be held either for productive use in a trade or business or for investment without any gain or loss being recognized.

An  IRC Sec 1031 exchange is a beneficial strategy for real estate owners  wanting to defer capital gains from the sale of real property held for  trade, business, or investment purposes, and reinvest the proceeds in  another property held for trade, business, or investment purposes as  part of a qualifying like-kind exchange.

MidSouth Exchange, Inc. serves as the Qualified Intermediary for investors using IRC Section 1031 to structure and complete tax-deferred real estate exchanges. Norman Rockne "Rocky" Vantine, a retired CPA, established the company in 2005.

MidSouth Exchange, Inc. is recognized for structuring and facilitating complex exchanges, including reverse, construction, and multi-layered exchanges. MidSouth facilitates exchanges throughout the United States.
