Before entering the exchange industry, Cathy served over thirty years in public education administration, followed by twelve years in income tax preparation. Cathy’s prior experiences provide her with strong management skills and knowledge of real estate taxation.

She has established a network of realtors, title companies, and lenders throughout the U.S. Jennifer provides personal attention to clients to understand their long-term goals. She is available to meet with potential clients at their convenience to discuss 1031 exchange planning. Prior to working with MidSouth Exchange, Inc., Jennifer served as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in public education.
